Our approach to executive consulting is very results oriented. Before we begin a consulting engagement, we reach agreement with the client on the objectives and scope for our work. Often these are expressed in measurable or observable terms.
As an Integral Strategy Group client, here is what you can expect:
- You will focus your strategies on clearly targeted results that must be accomplished.
- You will have clearly established accountabilities for critical objectives.
- Your management team will be taking action on priority plans and actions that implement your strategies.
- Your governing board will focus its energies on setting strategy, outcomes and policies.
- You will be working in partnership with physicians and other professional leaders to capitalize on win/win opportunities.
Guiding Beliefs
Our consulting work is based upon three core beliefs:
- Consulting is a partnership between the consultant and the client–we work together to achieve the results that the client wants from the consultant engagement.
- Results are the measures of success for consulting. Every consulting program works for measurable and observable results that often seem to be difficult or impossible.
- Lasting change requires the marriage of insight with action. Insight without new action and change in behavior is of limited value. Action without a good foundation of skill and understanding is often not sustained.
Our Approach
We work hard to respond to the individual needs of each of our consulting clients.
Every consulting relationship begins with a personal consultation at no cost or obligation to you, the client. This meeting will enable us to determine the fit between your needs and our skills and experience.
Before consulting begins, we will agree on the purpose and outcomes for the consulting work. We will prepare a written proposal that includes the purpose, outcomes, scope, deliverables, schedule and budget. Our work does not proceed until you have approved this proposal.
Every consulting program includes an assessment of your situation using an integral methodology based upon the thinking of Ken Wilber and others. The assessment process provides a basis to recommend the action needed to capitalize on you and your organization’s assets and to address vulnerabilities.
What Makes Integral Strategy Group Unique
Art Haines is the Principal and owner of Integral Strategy Group. He has over 30 years health care management experience in positions ranging from multi-million dollar operating responsibility to Chief Information Officer and corporate planning and marketing. Over the past three years, he has shifted his career into consulting and executive coaching. He has dealt with many of the same leadership and management situations that he now assists his clients with.
Integral Strategy Group includes several associates whose background and experience in management, coaching and consulting complement Art’s. These associates include individuals with years of experience in health care finance, marketing, organizational development and leadership training.
