Action Based Strategic Planning: Integral Strategy Group can help you structure your strategic planning so that it leads to action and results. We can organize and lead planning meetings lasting from half a day to three days that will help you identify long term direction, necessary immediate action and accountabilities for that action. We also help you conduct intensive strategic planning processes that can identify strategic direction and action priorities in 90 - 120 days.
Culture of Accountability: Many leadership teams cannot execute their strategies because they are not able to effectively manage accountabilities. Integral Strategy Group works with your leadership team to assess the strengths and weakness of your accountability management systems and the organization’s accountability culture. We work with your leadership team to create the accountability systems needed to execute on your strategies and to develop the skills needed to make these systems work.
Governance That Adds Value: Integral Strategy Group has married integral thinking to the ground breaking governance work of Dennis Pointer PhD and John Carver. We help boards to reorient and restructure so that they govern through policy, strategy and effective delegation to the CEO/executive management.
Physician Strategies: Often effective relationships with physicians are a key element in strategy execution. Situation Assessments: Situation Assessments can be useful in circumstances where you face a difficult, multifaceted situation and are not clear about how to proceed. Using our proven Integral Assessment Method, we will conduct interviews and focus groups with key players and review relevant data and documentation. Based upon this assessment and our extensive experience, we will prepare a report of findings and recommendations. We present this report in a format that includes the education and coaching needed to initiate action. The Situation Assessment can be offered as a stand-alone service, which is especially useful when intervening in a difficult situation. It is often included as a front-end component to other consulting engagements as well.
